Web Developer, Designer, and Teacher
I am a wife, mother of 5, teacher, speaker, and author. Named the “Queen of Spreadsheets” by Google, I am an expert in EdTech integration. However, no amount of technology can replace a great teacher. With that in mind, I help teachers learn to use today’s tech tools to enhance instruction and build relationships with their students. I have traveled the world teaching teachers and I love what I do. I am a Google Certified Innovator, Microsoft Innovative Innovator, New Media Consortium K12 Ambassador, and the founder of CoffeeEDU. My professional work includes developing math curriculum and innovative online courses, and leading collaborative teacher teams for projects with Google such as YouTube for Teachers and Google Play for Education. My passion is helping all students succeed. Kids are not failures. Technology should improve learning through interactions, better feedback, increased relevance, and facilitating a student-centered classroom.
